Absolutely. SheetsSync uses OAuth 2.0 — the same security standard used by banks. We never see or store your QuickBooks password. Data is transferred via 256-bit SSL encryption and processed in-memory only. Built on enterprise-grade infrastructure from Vercel and Supabase.

Two-way sync lets you edit data in Google Sheets and push changes back to QuickBooks automatically. When you modify a row, SheetsSync detects the change and updates the corresponding record. You can also create new customers, vendors, and invoices directly from your spreadsheet rows.
Yes! With Pro, you can schedule syncs to run automatically — from every 15 minutes to weekly. You choose the frequency and time. You can also enable webhook sync for instant updates whenever data changes in QuickBooks, with zero delay.
SheetsSync supports creating Customers, Vendors, Invoices, Bills, and Items. On the Free plan, you can create individual records using the built-in form. With Pro, you can enable two-way sync to push entire rows of data or use bulk push to create multiple records at once.
After your 14-day trial, you'll be moved to the Free plan unless you subscribe. All your data, configurations, and sheet setups are preserved — you just lose access to Pro features like auto-sync, webhooks, and two-way sync until you upgrade.
You can disconnect anytime from the add-on sidebar in Google Sheets, or revoke access from your Intuit account settings. When you disconnect, we immediately delete your OAuth tokens and connection data. Your spreadsheet data remains untouched.
