We never store your financial data

SheetsSync processes your QuickBooks data in-memory and writes it directly to your Google Sheet. We never save copies of your invoices, customers, or financial records on our servers. Opting out removes your connection credentials and account metadata only.

How to opt out

Follow these steps to disconnect SheetsSync and remove your data.

Disconnect from the add-on

Open any Google Sheet with SheetsSync installed. Click Extensions > SheetsSync to open the sidebar, then click the Disconnect button.

What happens: Your OAuth tokens, QuickBooks connection data, and sheet configurations are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

Uninstall the add-on (optional)

In Google Sheets, go to Extensions > Add-ons > Manage add-ons. Find SheetsSync and click the three-dot menu, then select Uninstall.

What happens: The add-on is removed from your Google Workspace. It can no longer access your Google Sheets.

Revoke QuickBooks access (optional)

Sign in to your Intuit account at accounts.intuit.com. Navigate to Privacy & Security > Apps & Connections and remove SheetsSync.

What happens: Intuit revokes SheetsSync's OAuth tokens. Even if tokens existed on our side, they become invalid and cannot be used.

Request complete data deletion

Email support@getsheetssync.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the Google email address associated with your account.

What happens: We will delete all data associated with your account within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email when complete.
